The Aerosol H2 project introduced a new three‑way spray system with a selectable head, requiring close collaboration between brand, print, packaging, and industrial design teams. I supported the development process by creating high‑fidelity 3D renders that showcased evolving label designs and multiple physical can concepts. This required developing custom 3d materials that replicated real manufacturing processes—shrink‑wrap labels, direct‑to‑metal printing, brushed and tinted metals, linear fades, and painted finishes so teams could evaluate production‑ready options without creating physical prototypes. These renders allowed teams to evaluate cost, vendor limitations, and design direction without producing expensive pre‑production samples, and helped align print vendors on the intended final appearance.
