Around 2005-2006 there was a request to create a digital version of our in-store color center as well as offering the sale of our Color Samples which could be tinted in the entire Behr library. The first step was to prove out that this could happen on the current site at the time. I used Flash to create small progressive downloadable assets throughout the experience. However during the process we realized that we needed a more robust shopping cart experience tied to our databases. Which lead to the 2007 Website update utilizing a Flex architecture.
